"Search is frustrating"
I get annoyed using the search because it barely finds what I’m actually looking for. I end up wasting time scrolling around, and it feels even worse when I’m already stuck waiting in a queue and just want to find something quickly. It really needs to be more accurate and faster.

I had checked a couple other places first and came up empty, but they actually had the part I needed. Compared to the hassle I had elsewhere, this was a relief.

"Refund took a bit, but it was fine"
I had to return a part, and the refund didn’t show up right away, took a few days I think. But they handled it okay. The return itself wasn’t a hassle, which was nice. Not a perfect experience or anything, but also not something I’d really complain about. In the end, it got sorted.

"Tech support left me feeling worn out"
I tried reaching out to Numrich Gun Parts Corporation tech support for help, it just felt exhausting. The replies seemed rushed, like they were trying to get through the ticket instead of actually helping me. A lot of what I asked wasn’t really answered, so I ended up having to sort most of it out on my own. I’m already tired of having to chase down basic support when buying parts online, and this didn’t make the process any easier

Checkout did work in the end, but it felt slower than I expected. I was kind of sitting there like... is it loading, did I click the right thing, not totally sure. It wasn’t terrible, just a little confusing and not as smooth as it could be.

I had an old project sitting on the shelf for what felt like forever because I couldn’t remember the last time I’d seen those particular parts available anywhere. Gun Parts Corp ended up having them, even the tiny oddball pieces I was sure were long gone by now.
From what I remember, the ordering process was straightforward, and everything showed up in good shape. Nothing flashy or overcomplicated, just the right parts doing what they were supposed to do. I’ll probably check here first next time before wasting time hunting around

"Worked, But Rougher Than Expected"
I ordered a used part from Numrich Gun Parts Corporation and it actually arrived quickly, which I appreciated. The packaging was totally fine too, no complaints there. The part did fit and it works, so in that sense I got what I needed. That said, I was a little disappointed with the condition. It had more wear and scratches than I was expecting based on the photo and description. I’m not upset since it does the job, but for the price I was hoping it would look a bit cleaner. I’d probably order from them again, but I’d be more careful about checking the condition next time.

"Inventory wasn’t actually in stock"
I ordered a part that was listed as in stock, but a few days later I got a message saying it wasn’t available after all. Kind of frustrating, lol, especially since the site let me check out like everything was good. Ended up wasting a few days waiting for nothing. They really need to keep their inventory updated better

"Easy orders and no surprises"
I’ve ordered from Gun Parts Corp a couple of times now, it’s been straightforward. The parts showed up when expected and everything was what I ordered, so no real complaints from me. Maybe I’m not being too picky here, but that’s kind of all I’m looking for with this stuff, right? I’d definitely order from them again the next time I need something.

"Not the best first impression"
They did ship it, but the whole thing gave me a bad first impression. The updates were really slow, and I kept wondering what was going on with my order. It showed up in the end, but the communication could’ve been a lot better.

"Didn’t feel like the original part"
I ordered this thinking it was an original part, or at least that’s how the listing came across to me. But when it arrived, something just felt off right away. The markings weren’t the same as the one I pulled out, and the finish looked different too. Then I tried fitting it, and that was another issue, it didn’t line up quite right. Maybe I just got a bad one, who knows, but between the look, the markings, and the fit, it didn’t give me much confidence. I ended up feeling like it wasn’t authentic, so I won’t be ordering from here again

I ordered a replacement part for my old rifle, and thankfully it fit just like it was supposed to. The compatibility info was clear overall, though I did have to double-check a few details before I felt confident ordering, not a huge deal, just something to be aware of. Shipping was fine, nothing especially fast or slow. In the end, it worked and did what I needed, so I’m giving it 4 stars

"Slow Response, Hoping They Make It Right"
Customer service did eventually get back to me, but it took a few days, which was frustrating. Once they finally responded, the help was decent, but the wait definitely wasn’t ideal. I’m hoping they offer some kind of compensation or gesture to make up for the delay.

I’ve used this brand for a while and I still want to stick with them because the parts usually do show up and the quality has been fine for me. That said, the tracking can be hit or miss, which gets annoying when you’re trying to plan around a delivery. I’m kind of torn because I like the company, but the shipping updates could definitely be better.

I get that shipping delays happen, and I’m not trying to be unreasonable, but this took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated for days, so I had no idea what was going on, and then it still showed up late. Maybe that’s just how their shipping normally is, but it was frustrating. If I needed something quickly, I wouldn’t order from them again...
